We ask that proofs of any work submitted by BRTYCA to you be either accepted or rejected within 24 hours of receipt and all alterations or corrections be submitted to us during that same time period. If you have decided that we can not give you the quality of work that you desire, please let us know as soon as possible. You are not obligated to continue to work with us if you are not a satisfied customer, however you will be required to pay for the basic graphic design work that we have completed.
We ask that you honor our good work ethic by responding to our work submission in a timely manner.
If you do not specify a particular design, this means that you are relying on the creativity of our designers. This means that you will accept the design as created without alterations. However, we will do our best to make sure that our client is happy with the work that we have done.
Once you have agreed to accept the work that we have done, payment is expected to be made immediately. Once we have received notification that your payment has been processed we will release the formatted files to you.
We will do our best to have proofs submitted to our customers within 24-48 hours of a request and have your work released to you minutes after we have received your payment.
Some services may take longer to complete due to the complexity of the request. We will settle the terms of those services on a case by case basis
Prices listed are BASIC prices for materials that require no individual layer editing (background removal, etc.) Any additional work requested after a project is completed may require additional charges.
